Somulin

Will Somulin help you Sleep Better?

Somulin is an herbal sleep aid with a formula list very similar in content to literally dozens of other products, but as it does list a few potent concentrations for good ingredients, it appears as though it may have more potential to actually help.

Somulin Ingredients and Research

  • Melatonin – 3 mg
  • Valerian root – 500 mg
  • Hops – 45 mg
  • Lemon Balm – 80 mg
  • Lavender – 30 mg
  • Passion flower 60 mg
  • 5-HTP – 45 mg
  • Chamomile – 50 mg
  • Skullcap – 100 mg

Honestly, this is one of the better formulas I’ve seen in terms of balance and concentration.  It includes sufficient quantities of melatonin and valerian root with a good mix of other herbs.  The only herb that I think has no real business here is “skullcap” which is a herb which in some “traditional” medicine has been used for a number of issues, including women’s issues.  It really has no significant evidence for helping you sleep better.

Somulin Side Effects

No significant side effects are indicated for this formula.

Somulin Value

Selling for $35 for a month’s supply, this is a bit costly for a sleep aid, but as I mentioned it seems to be one of the better ones.  I would say this is better than average value (which actually isn’t saying much).

Somulin Bottom Line

I have no problem saying give it a try, but it does include a few ingredients that don’t really make any sense in a sleep aid.  Even so, definitely not the worst product out there and may help you some.
