Not only does Sleep Prescription claim to help you sleep better, it also is so bold as to assert that it will ward off stress, pain and anxiety.  True, better sleep may relieve stress and perhaps some anxiety, but let’s not call something more than it really is.  This is an herbal supplement that may help some, but definitely doesn’t appear to be the best in the business.

• Helicidum
• Siberian Ginseng
• Schizandra
• Hops extract
• Valerian root

A bottle of this supplement goes for $39 plus shipping costs.  The big problem here is that they offer no information on their website about terms of use or about shipping and returns, which in my experience means they have something to hide.

As neither its price nor its formula offer anything particularly unique or impressive to justify buying this product more than any of the other dozens of herbal sleep aids, I don’t recommend Sleep Prescription because they are holding back important information on their site.
