Restalex PM says it has four sleep aids in their formula:

• Valerian root—we have all seen this one in many sleep aids out on the market.
• Lemon Balm Extract—comes from the mint family and is used for insomnia and anxiety.  It says when it is combined with valerian root can have a sedating effect
• Passion Flower—claims it reduces anxiety
• Melatonin—they creators of this formula say they included this in order to address all the issues that can cause sleeplessness.  Don’t think that is an accurate statement to say!

The problem with this formula is that they do not include the dosage of these ingredients.  Some of these key ingredients are not effective if they do not have a high enough dosage so you might as well just drink a glass of plain water before you go to bed!
