Melatrol

Does Melatrol Work?

melatrol Yep. In all likelihood it will work to help you get the sleep you need. However, it is not the most powerful sleep aid out there. If you are a serious insomniac it may not be sufficient. But, if you’re trying to avoid possible side effects with prescription sleeping pills, then Melatrol is a viable option.

Melatrol Ingredients:

Melatrol includes the following ingredients: Melatonin, GABA, valerian, 5-HTP, and Relora.

Melatonin is naturally produced by your body. It is released at night to make you sleepy. It is found in almost every sleeping pill.

Valerian also promotes drowsiness, but through a different pathway than melatonin; which is actually a good thing because the more pathways you cover the more likely you are to actually fall asleep.

GABA and Relora are more relaxants than sleep aids. Relaxants are important, but they don’t really have a lot of power. Relora is not a common ingredient and in case you didn’t know it is “a blend of magnolia officinalis and phellodenron amurense.”

5-HTP is eventually converted into melatonin so even though it is effective, it really does the same thing as melatonin.

Melatrol Customer Reviews:

“I’ve worked 3rd shift for many years now and 6 months ago I began to loose sleep caused by tossing and turning and unable to stay asleep for more than 2 – 3 hours. I tried everything I could think of and even resorted to alcohol and Nyquil mixed … yeah, really! Well, not too long after that I discovered this and it turns out I made a wise choice and it has helped me get my needed 8 hours once again. I don’t wake up with a hangover from a sleeping pill and it’s a natural product. I take it 20 – 30 minutes prior to going to bed and I fall asleep fast and get a great sleep. When nothing else worked … and when I say worked I mean getting 8 hours of good sleep followed by waking up feeling like a had a good night sleep! I hated waking up feeling as tired as I did prior to sleeping. This helped. Try it. You have nothing to lose!” – David

“I used Melatonin before and decided to try Melatrol after reading an article from magazine. It works pretty much the same to me as Melatonin but much more expensive and not easy to buy. I can buy Melatonin from GNC or other major retailers.” – C. Leung

“Not a big fan. Overpriced and not powerful enough. They say it is great for insomniacs and coming from someone who has suffered with insomnia for most his life, no way jose!” – Greg
