Will Insomnia Relief Tablets Help You Sleep Better?

NatraBio developed this sleep aid and says it brings relief from occasional sleeplessness, difficulty sleeping, restlessness and that it does not cause drowsiness the next day.  Insomnia Relief Tablets claims that it is strong enough for the toughest symptoms but gentle enough to give to children.  Yes, children can also suffer from insomnia and we sometimes forget that they struggle with this problem  occasionally.  They say it is non-habit forming, all natural and effective in dealing with occasional insomnia.

Insomnia Relief Tablets Value

Insomnia Relief Tablets Bottom Line:

As far as insomnia tablets go it does not seem like Insomnia Relief Tablets is much different than many of the supplements available on the market today.  They contain several of the same main ingredients that are beneficial for sleeping issues that are in other herbal supplements.  Also some of the other ingredients have no value whatsoever in a sleep aid.  What is amazing to me is that some products have no customer reviews and no valid research on their very own products.  This product does not have it either.   Sometimes it seems like they gave very little information on their tablets and not enough on the research for why they put the ingredients in their products.  Insomnia Relief Tablets is no exception.   I did not see any for Insomnia Relief Tablets and in fact  they seem so vague about it all.  It is good to see that they are addressing the issue of insomnia in children and saying it is a tablet that can be given to them.  The dosage to me was concerning.  It says to take two tablets an hour before bedtime.  What happens if you forget that dosage?  Does it become less effective if you skip this dosage?  I know I don’t always remember to look at the time let alone remember to take a pill one hour before I go to bed.  I just think there are better sleep aids available so see what Sleep-Aids.com recommend.
