Will EZ-Doze help you Sleep Better?

EZ-Doze Is a product that has only “natural” ingredients.  While this is completely true, it doesn’t really mean it’s necessarily the best product for healthy sleep habits.  Looking closely at its actual formula, it appears as if the product is fairly weak and its price way too high.

EZ-Doze Ingredients and Research

The only ingredients indicated for the EZ Doze formula are

• Peppermint extract
• Spearmint extract
• Melatonin

As for research related to mint, there aren’t many detailed studies showing exactly how it can help you sleep but the odor is known to help people relax and it may help relieve some indigestion, which can help improve sleeping habits.

EZ-Doze Side Effects

No serious side effects are associated with melatonin or mint herb varieties (aside from circumstantial allergies in some people and reduced iron absorption).

EZ-Doze Value

This product is extremely expensive, bordering on prescription-level cost of almost $1.70 per pill.  Given its formula, there’s no reason you should be asked to pay this much.

EZ-Doze Bottom Line

This is a nice blend of mint and melatonin, but it’s an outrage to ask $50 for 30 of these pills, which have no real research done on their specific effectiveness.  I don’t recommend risking your money on EZ-Doze.
