ciestrolWill Ciestrol Help You Sleep Better?

Who hasn’t spent a night tossing and turning while sleep seems to be just out of reach? I don’t think there is anything more frustrating then being so tired, but for some reason or another you can’t get your brain to shut off!

Ciestrol is a natural sleep aid that has been designed for those of us that suffer from the occasional sleepless night. Ciestrol claims to be able to help you sleep throughout the night, improve your sleep pattern, restore sleep, regulate sleep, and give you more energy.  Ciestrol also says you will get amazing sleep minus the groggy, “hangover” feeling that so often comes along with sleeping pills.

Ciestrol states that the sleep aid does not knock you out, but instead helps calm your mind and body to allow you to naturally drift off into better, more restful sleep.

So far Ciestrol is sounding good, but will the sleeping pill really do what it says? Will Ciestrol really help you sleep better?

Ciestrol Ingredients and Research

Ciestrol uses a proprietary blend of the following ingredients to promote sleep:

  • Valerian Root- often used as a mild sedative; may help you sleep better.
  • Kava Kava- may cause increased relaxation; high doses of the root have been shown to cause liver damage.
  • Chamomile- mildly sedating; can relieve anxiety and stress.
  • Passion Flower- used to promote sleep; may relieve nervous tension.

Ciestrol contains some very common sleep aid ingredients, but none of them are very powerful.

The ingredients in Ciestrol are already pretty weak, but then Ciestrol only uses them as part of a proprietary blend. This means Ciestrol doesn’t reveal how much of each ingredient they actually use. Most likely not enough to even have any sort of effect.

There is so little information available about Ciestrol that it makes me a little nervous. We don’t know what kind of research (if any!) has been done on Ciestrol. All in all I find Ciestrol’s formula seriously lacking.

    Ciestrol Side Effects

    Ciestrol causes no side effects.

You should avoid alcohol while taking Ciestrol. Also, do not drive or operate heavy machinery after taking Ciestrol.

    Ciestrol Value

A 30-day supply of Ciestrol sells for $69, but for a limited time you can purchase the sleep aid for $39. Even with such a big discount that’s a lot of money for a sleeping pill that has as low-grade ingredients as Ciestrol.

    Ciestrol Bottom Line

Bottom Line, Ciestrol doesn’t cut it as a quality sleep aid. Ciestrol does have some good calming ingredients but they are not super effective for deeper, more quality sleep.  And since Ciestrol is a proprietary blend, chances are you won’t get a high enough dose of any of the ingredients for them to have an effect.

If you are tired of counting sheep, you might want to look elsewhere for a quality sleeping pill.   Check out sleep-aids.com’s picks for the top sleep aids on the market.
