Ambiatol

Will Ambiatol help you Sleep Better?

Ambiatol claims to help you fall asleep, stay asleep and wake up refreshed.  This sounds simple enough,  though it seems as though the marketers (if not the developers) of the product may be fairly “simple” themselves as they claim it to be “non-adictive, non-habit forming.”  In case you didn’t catch that, there is a typo and the statement is completely redundant.  This doesn’t built a lot of confidence in the intelligence of the company, but lets take a look inside…

Ambiatol Ingredients and Research

  • Vitamin B6 – 50 mg
  • Valerian Extract – 400 mg
  • Passion Flower Extract – 200 mg
  • Hops Extract – 200 mg
  • Melatonin – 5 mg

Generally this formula looks pretty solid and is completely herbal.  The concentrations look good and most research shows mild benefits from each of these ingredients, especially valerian root.

Ambiatol Side Effects

As claimed in bad grammar,  this product is non habit-forming and these ingredients are not known to cause the “groggy” feeling associated with waking up from some sedatives.

Ambiatol Value

Aside from spelling and grammar, the price on this product has to be its Achilles heel.  $50 is simply too much to ask for this formula despite a few solid herbal remedies.

Ambiatol Bottom Line

Though the product has some quality ingredients and a fairly well-balanced formula, its just too over-priced to recommend.  I say no to Ambiatol.
