Ambiatol

Will Ambiatol Help You Sleep Better?

If it takes you 30 minutes or more to get to sleep at night and you get six or fewer hours of sleep each night for 3 or more times a week you could be suffering from insomnia.  Maybe that is why you are already reading this because you know you have a problem.  They say the best amount of sleep adults should be getting a night is between 7 and 8 hours.  Gee, sometimes our lives are just too crazy and hectic to allow that much time to sleep even if we don’t have insomnia!  Maybe our lifestyles today or just too out of control and it is time to do some major adjusting.  But insomnia is not always that easy to cure.  It can be associated with so many variables such as emotional problems, mental problems and medical problems which can make sleeping difficult.  There are many options available for us to help us relieve insomnia.  Pharmaceutical drugs are available but those can be habit forming and possibly leave you feeling groggy the next day.  Natural herbal supplements are the way to go.  They are non-habit forming and can leave you feeling refreshed and alert the next morning.  Since there are quite a few sleep aid supplements on the market it can be confusing to sort out which ones work and which ones are worthless.  That is why we all turn to looking for reviews and see what is said out there about a particular product.  One to look at is Ambiatol which says it promotes onset of sleep and reduces symptoms of jet lag.  It says it quickly induces deep relaxation so sleep can find you and then you wake up feeling energized.  Can this really be a good sleep aid supplement?  Time to find out.

Ambiatol Ingredients and Research

Ambiatol consists of two main ingredients-melatonin and valerian root.

  • Melatonin—you may have heard of melatonin before.  There has been much said about this hormone and how it has to do with sleep.  This hormone regulates the wake sleep cycle and they suggest if we are deficient in this one that we can be all messed up with our sleep patterns.  Valerian root is said to have a calming effect on the nervous system.
  • The barely mention the other ingredients:
  • Passion Flower—commonly used in sleep aid supplements but really used for sexual enhancement
  • Hops—is suppose to having a calming effect also.  This natural plant is used in beer.
  • Vitamin B6—found no real effect on sleep

Ambiatol Side Effects

There is not enough research found to know if there are any side effects from this product

Ambiatol Value

This sleep aid is priced around $49.95 for 30 tablets.  A little too pricey for me!

Ambiatol Bottom Line

Ambiatol is a rather mystery sleep aid.  They even call the company that produces this product as a mystery company.  This sleep aid is ordered from a third party so you don’t know anything about the manufacturers.  I know I would stay clear of a company that is not forthright about itself.  There are too many other natural supplement companies out there that have a good reputation to mess with one that is evasive about itself.  There are better products to purchase and much cheaper than Ambiatol.   I would definitely check out what Sleep-aids.com has to recommend and then go from there.
